If you appreciate theatre, and we know you do, then you understand that providing a quality experience takes the efforts of not only those on the stage, but off- and behind it as well!

Our focus is to provide a welcoming, pleasant evening or afternoon for our patrons from the moment they step in to our little gem. To ensure this, we’re providing the following expectations and duties in the interests of consistency and professionalism:

Volunteer Expectations include:

• Please arrive no later than one hour before curtain. This way, the concession stand is ready to go for those early birds!
• You are expected to stay for the duration of the show unless otherwise arranged.
• Dress for your level of comfort, but please, no faded jeans, t-shirts, or sweatshirts.
• Please mutually agree upon the division of duties with other volunteers so that all tasks are covered.
• Please refrain from texting/using a cellular device while patrons are in the lobby.
• Please sit on the side of the house near the curtain so that it can be opened promptly at intermission/conclusion of performance. 

Volunteer Duties include:

• Setting up, breaking down, and manning the concession stand.
• Welcoming, taking tickets from, and handing out programs to patrons.
• Closing and opening the curtain at the appropriate times.
• Checking the bathrooms for adequate supplies of paper products. Replace if needed.
